Selection of solid dovetailed drawers prepared for fitting into cabinets. These will be mounted on Blum Movento runners with soft close action.
Fitting toughened glass in some doors. I’m using 10mm x 10mm glazing bead. I make my glazing bead from solid beech and have it sprayed to match the colour of the doors. Mitres are cut using a morso guillotine and then the beads are pinned in place with 23 gauge headless pins.
An extra detail I offer is no toughened glass stamp as it can look out of place on a piece of furniture. I provide customers with confirmation from the supplier that the glass in toughened.
Working out a corner joint for a bunk bed. Trying to keep time and costs down but maintaining strength
Getting my jig just right for some drawer finger pulls on a free standing cabinet. These are used instead of handles. When these are all sprayed up they will look and feel great
