Fitting toughened glass in some doors. I’m using 10mm x 10mm glazing bead. I make my glazing bead from solid beech and have it sprayed to match the colour of the doors. Mitres are cut using a morso guillotine and then the beads are pinned in place with 23 gauge headless pins.
An extra detail I offer is no toughened glass stamp as it can look out of place on a piece of furniture. I provide customers with confirmation from the supplier that the glass in toughened.
